I used to be happy with this place and have been a loyal client for years. Since there has been a change in artists I always been very unhappy. The new artists are not as professional as before and very slow, sometimes I got hurt. Lately I walked out paying for a new full set made of 3 lashes per eye, the customer service has been absolutely shocking! Avoid at all costs!

100% recommend this salon for lashes. High quality setting & relaxing. I would never go anywhere different as I’m always pleased with my results. They last really well, my most recent set have survived a storm/holiday abroad/swimming pools and they haven’t budged and still look great. Begimai is highly skilled, she takes the time to listen to what you want & never forgets your style but also won’t hesitate to try something different if that’s what you’re keen to do. Paid £115 to have some eyelashes done, I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she said she could do it, when I saw the lashes they looked nothing like what I asked for but I said thank you anyway. They’re not bad they’re just not what I wanted so I’m going to have to get them redone because I feel like they don’t suit my face
