Vicki was amazing. Firstly, she accommodated my appointment move as I had booked the wrong date. She was extremely professional but also very approachable and I felt completely at ease and relaxed having never had lashes before. I had hybrids which took roughly 2 hours - completely worth it, they look great and for 2 hours, I was comfortable throughout!
