Zero stars would me more appropriate!!! Still my order has not arrived and I needed them for Friday and today is Tuesday I still didn't receive anything. Customer service takes ages to answer your emails and tell you we apologize they will arrive tomorrow!!!! Well I had to order the things again double to be able to work since they didn't arrive yet your online service and shipping is not efficient at all !!! It's not fair

Wouldn’t recommend, I tried this brand and as soon as I switched my clients complained their lashes weren’t lasting anymore. Glues also very watery. Customer service isn’t great neither.

So this morning my delivery came and a lash mirror was broken 😞 so I emailed and sent photos asking what to do to get a replacement, literally minutes later a very kind person called Nikki emailed me back telling me a new one was on the way ! Fantastic service!

Been using Lash base lashes for a number of years now and recently started using the PH balancer and adhesive and its been a game changer! Retention has been good and this combination works really well for my room environment. I got the sample to try first which I recommend. Customer service is always great too.

First time ordering glue ,spent £25 on a glue and it was watery and unusable, I have 3+ years experience as a lash tech so I know when something is not of as standard , I tried to find a resolution but I was just told its room temperature even though my temperature and humidity says its all fine. Highly do not recommend, don't waste your money.

Brilliant customer service. I was sent the wrong eyelashes and I emailed the customer service and they got back to me straight away, they couldn’t apologise enough and sent me the correct lashes with a free glue and paid for postage bag to send the incorrect ones back the very next day! They are also my favourite lashes ever such high quality and beautiful!
