Cyclists beware and avoid. I visited Lasham cafe this morning the food was lovely and fresh and I can recommend it 100% However the behaviour of one member was unforgivable. A small group of cyclists had parked their bikes beside a flower bed a Man or should I say a bully literally threw the 2 bikes several meters on to the green and kicked the cycle even helmets further across the green. As I witnessed this and heard his conversation with someone nearby he was clearly someone connected to the club. I only wish I had have said something at the time but felt intimidated by this Bully who then strutted around like a peacock on steroids saying he would be in trouble but didn't really care. He clearly seemed to get some pleasure from his behaviour I can only hope he feels ashamed of his behaviour although I very much doubt it. This Man does no favours for the club and this behaviour should not be tolerated by anyone, member or non member. If the cyclists involved read this I hope you are ok and please please check out your cycle helmets as they may have been damaged after being kicked around.

I've reviewed Lasham before and really like it because of the activities there. I like aviation, and it was a very sad day, for me, when the café closed through COVID and then a fire. Thankfully, the café reopened in a nearby location on the site. The food and drinks are good quality and fairly priced and the staff are friendly too. I thoroughly enjoy time spent there.

Went gliding with a mate, awesome experience. Charming clubhouse that could do with some money being spent on it.
