Absolutely awful experience, I would not recommend. I had made an appointment and it did not take place due to zero communication about work taking place in the building. As I was unable to move my appointment to another date during the week, I therefore asked for my money back numerous times only to be ignored by the owner Emana. I still have not received my money back.

Review on lash training - 1 on 1 My beautiful Emana, first of all what can I say about this women! First of all she is so beautiful guys that you would be like wow marry me. She is so polite and so well out together in the training course. She answers all your questions and genuinely cares about your work and teaching you all the tricks of the train and how to become successful in lashing. She motivates you along each step of the way even when you question your abilities as to whether this is the right career choice for you. Truly an inspiring women and THE BEST IN THE GAME HANDS DOWN !! I would recommend her 100%

Absolutely shocking customer service and awful experience here. Would not advise. I booked lashes appointment for my wedding here and without notifying me, my appointment was changed multiple times to which I couldn't make it. I called back repeatedly to find a time that worked for us both and nothing was done about it and was left with a 'Let me call you back'. I then received a messaged that I had missed my appointment. I called back and asked for a refund for the non service I did not receive in which the owner Emana confirmed but again nothing received. I reminded her kindly numerous times to get a refund and she/company resulted in not answering my calls, messages or emails. Over a year on if not longer, she still hasn't refunded my £110. Seems like they pick and chose when to prioritise their clients to when it suits them. Do not book, especially for big events!

Such a beautiful salon. I was looking for a new lash tech and I’m so glad I found this salon. Emana is amazing, I felt so looked after. I am usually so nervous about doing my lashes and she put me at ease by providing the best service from the moment I walked through the door. I LOVE my lashes, it’s been nearly 2 weeks and they are still in place. I highly recommend you go there, especially if you work in and around Liverpool Street. I will definitely be back soon!
