I came to lash bar for my holiday lashes. I booked in with Clara for a full set russian lashes - Clara really listened to what I wanted and did them perfectly! She was really friendly and gentle. It’s been 6 weeks now and I still have lashes which I’m still being complimented on! When booking in my lashes everything was laid out really clearly with what I had to do before my appointment (patch testing and deposits) I would recommend lash bar always and will be back regularly.

I had eyelash extensions done today. The appointment lasted just over 1.5 hours (as it should). The lady that did my eyelashes was very polite and talked through what lengths I could have and what she recommended. The salon was very clean and comfortable. After having some really shocking experiences I would 100 percent recommend this place as they really know what they are doing and take their time to do a good job and you get quality eyelashes that look amazing!!

Terrible costumer service. I booked the appointment and received emails reminding me about it and apparently somewhere in between the small lines of terms and conditions stated that I had to come in for a patch test. Fair enough, I didn’t read all the email but the eyelashes were for my wedding which is in 3 days and I requested a refund of my £20 (booking fee). The owner refused to refund me. Well, she lost a client and many others as I know a lot of people who live in the area. I do not recommend this place.

Hands down, the best lashes I have had. Jane is so gentle and caring. I went in with lashes that were ruined and shot to pieces from a different lash place and Jane has saved mine.
