The moment I walked through the door everyone was so helpful and friendly. The room was warm and restful. Dr Tappin was most reassuring and I had no fears about the procedure. I was wheeled up and down by an extremely nice young Porter. It is lovely to be able to watch television without glasses. The whole operation would seem to have been a total success.

Dr. Mike Tappin and his team at LaserVision exceeded my expectations. From the pre-surgery assessment to the initial consultation I never felt pressured into making any decision. Mr. Tappin explained the benefits and potential risks of each procedure in a very detailed and clear way. His bedside manner, kindness, experience & professionalism are incredible. Especially when it comes to LASIK eye surgery, the patient-surgeon relationship is super important. The surgery itself (LASIK) went smoothly, but what really struck me was the incredible post surgery care. At one stage, I was worried about my eyesight being blurry in one eye and Mr. Tappin called me twice for reassurance and even came to the hospital on a Sunday afternoon to make sure I’m okay. During that time, he also met my family and everyone loved him. Overall, the decision to go with LaserVision rather than a high street clinic was possibly the best decision of my life. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have Mr. Tappin as my surgeon and cannot recommend him and his team highly enough.
