Alex dealt with all our printing requirements and has often proven ‘to go the extra mile’. He has been very friendly, helpful and maintained professionalism at all times. We work with the company in their Kyocera arrangements whereby we purchase the toners and Laserlife deal with any printer issues we encounter. This has proven to be a very cost effective management solution. The engineers attending our Firm have also been very professional, courteous and friendly. Absolute bullies! They treat engineers as expendable fodder. They treat customers with the same contemp. The way laser life talk about customers behind their backs is dispicable (I have even recorded some of the practices that managers and sales use to rip-off customers). All they care about is getting money out of customers. (See other reviews). Avoid laserlife.

As a busy technician with a largish printer estate to run, this company is a boon to me. They're great suppliers from everything from printers through toners and even fiddly spares. If we need specialist help we ring up and it arrives next day, on one spectacular occasion it arrived a couple of hours after we'd rung. This is a really great company and I'd recommend them to anybody.
