  5* SERVICE !!!! I literally cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for hair removal!!! Laserase are the best of the best. I have Blonde hair and used lasers all my life. I never got the results I wanted despite being told I could get them. I dread to think of the money I have wasted. I am so pleased I found this company. The staff are so lovely and so professional and knowable. The result speak for themselves. I am over the moon with the service and the care I have received. Clean, beautiful clinic, PPE used. I just cannot fault this service. I cannot recommend enough x

  I'm very surprised by Rudi Wert's review below, which I discovered whilst Googling Lazerase's website to refer a friend. I've had many appointments with them at both their old premises at the Freeman and at their new clinic, and I have to say I've found the welcome warm, the service exemplary, and the treatments absolutely first rate. Lazer treatment clinics with properly qualified medical staff are rare enough in the UK as a whole, and I'm pretty sure Lazerase is the only such one in Newcastle. The equipment is first rate medical grade too. I don't mess about with people shooting lasers at me and in my opinion these are the only guys in town worth the time.

  As a self doubting, nervous and somewhat fragile trans woman in the early stages of my journey, I made my first appointment with Laserase a couple of years ago. After meeting, and discussing my needs with Jo and Ali, I initially began to address the dense forest of man hair that covered my back, then came my front, my legs, my hindquarters, my abdomen, etc. Eewww, who was that walking hearth rug? Now, feeling properly "me" for the first time, I'm essentially a fur free zone and have also begun my facial electrolysis. Yay! I am massively grateful to Jo, Ali and the equally lovely admin staff at Laserase, all of whose tireless patience and empathy have helped me to stay positive, to move on with my life through some dark times and to feel good about being myself at last. Laserase, you have made my life worth living and I thank you, from the (hair-free😁) bottom of my heart. See you soon, J 🌈❤👍

  I have been a patient at laserase on and off for a number of years, first when they were based within the Freeman Hospital and more recently at their spacious new clinic. There are many reasons why I choose to make the three hour round trip for my treatments, but the main reason is I simply would not go anywhere else. Jo and the team are truly fantastic, their sensitive approach, knowledge and customer care is second to none. Having developed acne rosacea whilst pregnant, anything that draws attention to my face, particularly during a flare up leaves me feeling embarrassed, anxious and at times emotional. However the sensitivity, empathy and commitment to treating my skin shown by Jo and Debra gives me utter confidence in them, and time and time again the results speak for themselves. It's particularly the little touches that makes this clinic stand out, from advice and guidance to giving me time to reapply my makeup in the treatment room in order to face the world that makes all the difference. Its impressive that as a clinic they are always training in their quest to constantly find treatments that provide the greatest results for their clients, so much so that every time I visit my list of treatments to try gets longer and longer. The clinics ethos is very much striving for excellence with an ethical approach of genuinely wanting the best results for their clients, and as my skin who has a love affair with this clinic will testify they achieve this every single time. I would highly recommend laserase and am extremely grateful I found them.

  Very disappointed in the sudden drop in customer service and professionalism by the receptionists. I arrived ahead of my appointment and was greeted with yes? I gave my name and the time of my appointment and was told to take a seat. While I waited I noticed that the door to the treatment room was open and all I could hear were the receptionist chatting and laughing loudly in the reception area. The time of my appointment came and went when a female client or patient arrived and was greeted with enthusiasm. Sitting next to the reception area I could her complaining about the time it had taken her to get to the practice and she was ushered in to the treatment room. I understand that there can be emergencies and appointment times cannot always be adhered to and there ways of handling this. Ignoring a customer is not the way and I had the impression that that they were just waiting for this client who had the appointment before mine. At 5pm I decided to leave just as the therapist came to call me and I told her that my appointment was at 4:40 not 5 pm. She said she was sorry and so was I.
