Our clinic has been a Laseraid client for a while now. I can only describe our experience as excellent. The laser machine we rented was a Candela with Zimmer cooling system. The condition of the equipment was like new. We had no problems with their operation and Laseraid’s technical support is incredible. We found their package of rental support flexible and comprehensive. The fact that they offered us a 3 month probation period was simply excellent, so we could see if we needed the machines and if we did not then in that probation period we could return the equipment after a week’s notice. No where else offered us such high quality equipment on these terms. Also, with the rental package you get a complete suite of support. You do not have to worry about breakdowns or costly repair, as you do when buying a laser system. Also, they provide business and marketing support and on-site training to the team. It is a complete package of the highest calibre. Laseraid was the best move for our business and we felt that we were in safe hands with professional people who had the same interest in seeing our clinic grow and expand. It definitely feels like a partnership more than just a rental company. We rate Laseraid as totally excellent with not a single negative experience at our end.
