My daughter had her 10th birthday party. Customer service very good. Becca the manager and her team were excellent with the children. Thomas was our party host and nothing was too much for him. He was patient with the children . The children had so much fun. We had a party room to ourselves. Food was good.

The kids seem to have a blast and looked like they really enjoyed themselves. They didn't seem to mind the heat and they were all seating profusely in the heat. Fortunately the staff seem to be on hand providing ice lollies! Be aware there isn't any parking on the premises and you'll have to use next street - Melbourne Street - which has an inexpensive coin-operated car park. It's just a couple of minutes walk away.
