I have used Laser Van Rentals for house moving, and as my first-time experience with them, this is one of the best van rental companies I’ve ever used. The pick-up process is super-easy as long as you have all the required documents. Also, the drop-off is headache free. I’ve dropped the van out of their working hours using the key box outside the office and had no problems with them after. I would use them again and would recommend them to others. P.S. If you need to leave your private car during your rental period, there is on-street free parking. Though, it might be a challenge to find a space in the morning.

Forget all the BIG players such as Enterprise, Budget, Hertz etc. Clicking all your options on their web pages trying to find the right vehicle and cover for you, is confusing and way too complicated. Chatting to Laser takes the stress away. Nice and helpful staff will tick all the boxes for you. My trip to Europe (Luxembourg) went smoothly, thanks to the right cover and a van that had just rolled off the production line. I will be booking another trip in a few months, and will 100% be using Laser again!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. The worst experience. Bunch of cowboys who make money through false accusations. Cancelled my second booking and went for a more expensive company because at least I deal with honest people. Avoid avoid. If you are desperate to go with them, make sure you video and photograph the van at the time of collection.
