    Our laser tag party organisation was awful – our host was mostly absent and tried to encourage us to do the hosting ourselves. The number of kids signed in didn’t tally to the number of kids playing and our host looked at us to sort out the discrepancy. Two separate accidents within the laser game and no member of staff anywhere to be seen and we had to sort out the first aid ourselves. In fact, any time staff were needed, we had to go hunting for them. Party overran and so some kids had to leave without finishing their food. Most stressful experience ever and we were paying for someone to take that stress away. Manager on the day was apologetic; we contacted the owners to complain and had no response. The only saving grace was the kids had a great time but if you want a kids party where as a parent/carer you are more stressed on the way out than on the way in, then Laser Tag is the place for your kid’s party. If you want a well-organised party and a great parent/carer experience, then give Laser Tag a wide berth!

    Place was full of dirty tables staff was far and few between to busy talking amongst them selves couldn’t get served and £5 for glass wine in plastic cup which I know it’s kids place had to chase staff

    Horror show, no staff on counter for 15 mins, no explanation of what to do for my children's first time, party's causing mayhem and doing as they please, needs more staff, more care for the customers instead of leaving them in a dark room. Once managments got involved staff started to appear. One positive was the helpfulness and friendly off the staff member in the brown gilet, she was great and really made the kids feel at ease and ran through it all so the kids new what they had to do. Will visit again but would like to see improvements

    I have returned for my sons 10th birthday, staff were excellent couldn't do enough for us! Lovely staff, great customer service. Had my daughters 11th party here, everyone had a brilliant time will def be returning as my son is already planning his party.

    We had a great experience here , organised a birthday party for my 9 yr old with his friends here. It was well organised plan with play and cake cutting and eating time. The kids were well looked after. The party meal was perfect in portion size. The staff is considerate and cater( such as dietary) to your requests despite being so busy. Overall happy happy 😊

    My son and his friend had a joint birthday party here and they, along with their friends, had a great time. I was very pleased with the party hosting service received from Katie as she was very helpful and friendly. There was plenty of squash and water. Next time I would like to try the unlimited play as the children wanted more games, but time was short for us as it was a mid-week, after-school party. I booked another lazer tag party at Star City a couple of months ago but this one was much better! Highly recommended.

    I wouldn’t recommend buying a party package here. We did for our 8year old son and was very disappointed. We paid for a party host but had to put up with a sour faced, rude and obnoxious member of staff who was barely present for the entire time so I had to entertain all the kids while they were waiting (which felt like forever). They were late starting their game and then tried to rush the kids at the end. We weren’t given unlimited squash as advertised so had to go downstairs and request water from the soft play as the kids were thirsty from the laser tag. Not what I paid for or what was advertised. I tried to complain to management but have been repeatedly fobbed off - they said they would call me back but never did. Very disappointed
