Fantastic place to hold a birthday party. Nothing was too much trouble. Unlimited squash we didn’t have to ask for it just kept getting topped up. Not the cheapest but very good. Pizzas and slushy are great. 2 x 20mins games with a 10min break in between. 30mons in the party room. The only downside is it’s not air conditioned and very warm in there. All the children had a great time. You get two tokens for the arcades which is good but the VR Centre is an additional £5 per go. We will definitely be back

Such an enjoyable experience lovely friendly and helpful staff the laser quest itself was great fun so was the virtual reality all this made for a fun and pleasurable time and experience would definatly visit again

I asked for £20 worth of tokens from the lady on the counter, coffee, and water the lady at the till did her job fine but the lady who gave me tokens put them on the counter without telling me it was for me or she could have put it in the plastic cup like she did for others customers. She can see I have tramer and shaking my hands. On the other hand, I have a walking stick! I picked the tokens one by one from the counter without help from the 4 staff behind the counter eating crips.. Very bad service I don't care if they eat or drink so long as they do their job properly. I do understand those staff get average pay but for disabled customers, they can help with humanity! The staff behind the counter can see how much I was struggling to pick up tokens. My child asked for more tokens after finishing the one I paid for her "I said no to my child" I did not want the same situation again! But my child and her friends did have a nice time in the laser fight and the arcade.
