I can't comment on the quality of their work, only their service, and sadly that was appalling; 4 weeks after placing an order I've had no correspondence, no replies, no updates, absolutely nothing. Indeed, for the last 2 weeks I've had to involve PayPal and Lasermaster haven't even bothered to reply to them so it leaves me with a long wait to get the refund for an item they clearly had no intention of fulfilling. An utter waste of time, I cannot recommend them lowly enough.

I have used Lasermaster for several jobs from standard shapes through the Easy Order system to items from STEP files or DXF and items folded to drawing. Mostly in Stainless steel but one job in Brass was good too. Very helpful people . When i had a problem it was dealt with quickly and without quibble. Today got brilliant help recovering a situation where a delivery was lost in the post. good service, good product and competitively priced . I would recommend them for laser cutting.

Incredible work with lots of specification options. Had a long back and fourth with them over e-mail (by which point they would likely have been fed up with me!) whilst they helped me formulate a suitable specification which was appropriate for the application required. The final product itself turned out even more impressive than I had initially envisaged. The initial quotation online gives you a good idea of what to expect. Already have recommended them to other people. Some folk might think it's a little pricey however when you look at it you're essentially getting an almost infinitely customisable product for a little more than an off the shelf generic option.

I have used them for some number of years now and have always found them to give a good and fast service, There laser cutting is the best I have seen. I deal with Linda in sales she always replies to emails very quickly and keeps me informed of progress We have had a few bumps on the way but nothing that has not being sorted out quickly and efficiently We all make mistakes we would not be human if we didn’t. If you are looking for Laser cutting Have no fears of using Lasermasters they are as good as you will find anywhere and at a good price
