For young fighters with sensory issues the laser arena lights and noise were too intrusive, we asked for them to be muted in the second round but after a couple of minutes it was just as overwhelming. The new gear is good but its not just a breastplate and there's a minimum height for combatants now, maybe 110cm.

Went for a work evening out on 9th Nov, 11 of us, 15quid each for 4 games, room to ourselves, with last game being a free for all. It was amazing and we all really enjoyed it :) we are saying we will do it again. Thank you for a great start to an evening out, 11 happy customers.

Im writing this in response to the reply to my partners review, as I cannot believe the outright lies written. Firstly it was me who approached the staff to explain our situation and ask for a refund not my partner, and it was only when I was met with sighing and eye rolling that my partner came over to question the issue. Clearly you dont understand the definition of aggression because none was shown whatsoever, and it is disgusting that your response to us having a bad experience at your establishment is to try and make out that we had an aggressive manor on our sons birthday. I've never witnessed a manager deal so poorly with a customer before. What happened to the customer always being right?? I went in and played ONE game with my children and they didnt enjoy it. I mentioned this to the guy running it and again got the response that we won’t be giving a refund and weren’t offered any kind of alternative. So aswell as paying £70 for one 10 minute session of laser tag I was then told that unless I paid an extra £5 for two masks for my children to wear or else they couldn’t then play at all. Both of my children who are under 18 years of age and government guidelines do not say children have to wear them. My partner was not asked to put a face mask on once as she didnt go in. I am so outraged with the lies you have written and the ignorance you showed to your customers, and I think your highly unprofessional reply proves to everyone reading this that you lack any kind of customer service whatsoever.

Awful time here. We attended for my sons birthday, and ended up spending £75 for one game of laser tag for 3 people. After accidentally double booking our slots online an hour before we arrived, we were told very rudely and in a non apologetic manner by a member of staff and management that a refund would not be available as cancellations needed to be made 48 hours in advance so as not to prevent other people having our slot.. I dont see how that's justifiable or logical in my particular case and exceptions should be made in certain circumstances. We were then told that in order to play we would have to purchase our young children face masks that didnt even fit them. (Good customer service would adleast offered these for free after our dilemma with spending twice the money in this establishment than we intended to.) Obviously it was our mistake, but incidents like these should be dealt with with some kind of helpfulness and politeness for customers spending large amounts of money. we ended up leaving after one game as my children didnt even like it and the situation ruined our entire day to be honest. Apart from one of the male staff members giving briefs for the laser tag, I would say the rest i encountered need some serious training in customer service towards their paying customers.

We had a great time for my daughter's birthday. Had the place to ourselves (due to football!) but still got fantastic service from the staff, we all absolutely loved it and came away exhausted and sweaty 😁
