Horrendous Customer Service. I was given a Gift Card which was paid for in cash to have a Microdermabrasion treatment & 3 times this Laser Clinic cancelled on me either by a text message or by leaving a voicemail. I requested my cash back & apparently they said they had no money in the till to do this. I have asked twice for the Manager to phone me & have also emailed them & have had no reply. I would definitely NOT recommend this Laser Clinic.

Sadly, I have had to re review this place. When I first arrived and had my initial sessions, it was great. It seems they have lost a lot of staff. On 2 occasions, when having part of my face lasered the therapist said " I don't need to remove your foundation as the laser will take it off". Secondly, on the next visit another clinician started without the cooling air and when I mentioned it, apologised, however everything seems to be in a rush. It is an absolute nightmare to get a hold of anyone. Sadly, I won't be returning once my bundle is up.The plus point is the price, hence I've left 2 stars. There are some lovely therapists but you can not have the same person so it's hit or miss most of the time sadly. Unfortunately, I would not recommend

I’ve had 7 sessions out of my bulk 10 that I got on a great offer and so far I cannot recommend this place enough! Not only are the staff fully professional and friendly, but the treatment itself has worked wonders and completely erased the problems I was facing before. The sessions are extremely quick (usually 10 minutes and i’m out the door for 2 areas) and they are usually very flexible with bookings. Love the staff and place!
