I purchased a treatment package. I have just used the first session and yet to tell any results as I don't feel anything afterwards. It could be a good thing as there's no redness though I also can't see any changes. The actual session was quite short last roughly 5-10 mins max and I find the product is a bit expensive considering the packaging and the size of it. I purchased the scrub for £34 and yet to tell if there's any difference compared to other scrubs I have at home. The therapist was very friendly though. Service: Laser hair removal

My experience with them has been really bad. I got 8 full body laser sessions and every time I would go there I was treated by a different esthetician, that was a very uncomfortable feeling everytime. Moreover I had to explain to every new lady that I’m suite sensitive and I can only go to upto certain settings on the laser machine. Most of the body parts were neglected and eventually I ended up having more hair on the neglected body parts than I ever had. Won’t recommend them to anyone Service: Laser therapy

Unfortunately no results for me. I have purchased 8 sessions for full arms - having completed it hair regrew exactly as they were before treatment. I did flag my concerns during treatment but unfortunately they were not taken into consideration. In the past I did IPL hair removal treatment and results were great. The laser at Laser Clinics was supposed to be much better but unfortunately brought absolutely no results. I spent almost £400 at Laser Clinic Putney which makes it even more disappointing. Unfortunately I can't recommend the treatment. One positive thing to mention - staff in the clinic is very nice. Service: Arm hair removal

I had reservations about the low price of this place compared to others, I was right. Each appointment was inconsistent, most of them didn't care about asking/reviewing after the last session, I didn't feel like some of them were doing it right when I had others spending a bit more time on the actual lasering & asking questions. One told me the laser intensity hadn't been increased as it should have, then when I tried to enquire with the manager about this I was told I was incorrect and therefore felt like I was being called a liar, then they gave me 2 free laser sessions, which I appreciated but didn't feel the issue was resolved.
