I have been to many clinics before and nothing beats this one! Everyone is very friendly and assistive. Rebecca went above and beyond to tailor to my needs and made me feel very comfortable under the laser, she clearly knows what she is doing! I am so glad I found this place and I am very excited to see the final results. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you Rebecca x - Unfortunately the final results were terrible, after 10 sessions I have more hair than before. They have been helpful and have tried to offer compensation. But as I was moving out of Manchester, there was nothing that could be done. I tried to continue my sessions in the Nottingham branch, but unfortunately I could not get hold of their manager after they almost left me blind. All I am left with is more hair, and over £200 out of pocket.
