    I have been having lazer at this clinc for a year with amazing service. They have recently had a influx of new staff and the young women I had today had the worst customer service skills and didn't seem to have any qualifations in carrying out the treatment. Please when you go ask ask if they are qualifed. I have a family member scarred (by another company) from inexperience staff who thought darker skin was stronger and wasn't qualified. I will never recive treament from her again and cannot wait until my course is finished. Service: Intimate area hair removal

Wish all clients and stuff respected each others time Third appointment not booked on the system at all. However got contacted by the owner which I found really nice.     I had prebooked treatment on the sale, however my treatment was cancelled due to staff shortage. I couldn’t prebook treatments online as they were showing unavailable. I had to turn up at the clinic where they had availability for the same dates. My skin consultation was v poor and lacked competence. I was looking for a clinic nearby hence thought I’d give it a try. They were good to give me a refund. I’ll stick to my current clinic.
