Very unfortunate what this pace has turned into. It used to be good and I had been coming here for a long time. Change of staff or other variables later - I had a completely unsafe treatment, not following procedures, being rushed and then given attitude. The blonde with hair to the shoulders and the brunette with black hair and enhanced lips - two completely uneducated and incompetent women for the positions they are put into act like they run the show. Lying, simulating activity, being rude and childish. I am shocked at the level of the “clinic”. It is unsafe. Avoid it.

HORRIBLE HUMANS AND HIDEOUS SERVICE! I have never experienced such overt racism and disrespect from a company that claims to be “diverse.” Laser Clinics Fulham: please understand that having a diverse photo of people from different ethnicities is one thing, being overt bigots is another thing and having an owner that supports (looks like celebrating) her disrespectful teams ill-mannered treatment towards clients is a third. The fact that an employee like Tatiana – a disrespectful racist can be hired and keep her job is unfathomable. Treatment wise: mediocre! Can only testify to that now that I am getting quality service elsewhere. Head Office: Laser Clinics head office never responded to me and are still to respond to any of my emails. And I ensured that I included them in all my correspondence. Very impolite, disrespectful, and miserable staff members that lack customer service and professionalism. Most importantly, a bunch of bigots! Based on your response, I refuse to justify why I should feel uncomfortable, belittled and yet, want to be treated by my antagonist. It is sad that for someone that wasn’t there you have twisted the entire situation. I said, “I do not feel comfortable being touched” and after facing such overt discrimination, how and why should I feel comfortable? I would like to commend you on you “performative diversity”, which is only important to you from a financial perspective. When a Person of Colour (POC) mentions racism, you need to research and understand where the “minority is coming from. One cannot be silent forever! I’ve been doing laser hair removal in another country for a couple years and had just moved to the UK and was looking for somewhere to continue my journey. I booked a full body session with Laser Clinics and had a great customer experience and the staff at Fulham Broadway was very welcoming. The main issue was that only a couple days after the session my hair immediately grew back as though I haven’t done a thing. I reported this to their customer service through the online feedback form, and a day later I received a call where they asked me to go back for a complimentary treatment and they tried to fit me in the schedule as much as possible. They explained that because it was my first time at the clinic they were being cautious with the level of heat to avoid any burns, which essentially led to poor results. I went for the complimentary session and it’s been a week and the results are great! I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend this branch.

I am usually happy with the service here and I am coming to this clinic for laser treatment for more than a year now. In the clinic they have an offer that if you put a nice review in google, you get 50% off on your next treatment. I put a very good review here (which I deleted now!!) and when in my appointment asked for 50% offer, the lady told me since the treatments are on sale now they cannot offer me any 50% and I have to pay the exact amount that it says in their website. This does not make any sence at all!! If I am paying the same amount, then what is the point of this offer?? I could not explained it to the lady in reception at the end!!
