I booked a HydraFacial on the Laser Clinic website. The site asked for payment information, which naturally I entered to confirm my treatment. It THEN asked me to select a date and time, but there was no availability for over 2 weeks. I, therefore, attempted to cancel the transaction but payment had already been taken. The branch flatly refused to refund me even though they were unable to provide the service I'd paid for, within an acceptable time frame. The snooty and patronising staff member told me they had a no refund policy and so I have flagged this with Visa and Trading Standards and, if my refund is not processed, I will take them to the Small Claims Court I've used countless spas over the past 20 years or so and had all kinds of non-cosmetic procedures, but I've never suffered such unprofessional, rude, snooty behaviour before. I would NEVER recommend this business EVER.
