I visited the clinic recently and had such a wonderful experience: the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was recommended a new skin care routing which I have been using religiously every day to prep for my up-coming micro needling treatments and this has already made such a difference. Thank you 🙏🏻. Side note: the clinic can get a little busy at times, but I guess this is a great sign, especially with the quality of service and their very competitive pricing.

I been going here for over a year now and have regretted it ever sense You have to physically go to book your appointment as no one picks up the phone Always late by 30/50 mins wait Lost my packages couple of times and no one knows what is going on The therapists themselves appear perpetually unhappy and unmotivated, This dismal attitude reflects poorly on the professionalism and overall environment of the beauty center. In addition, the utter lack of customer care is simply appalling. Rather than being treated with the respect and attentiveness one would expect from a reputable beauty center, customers are treated as if they were bargaining for potatoes at a local market. It is an absolute disgrace that paying customers are subjected to such subpar treatment. What astounds me even more is the fact that the new owner ( DR EDDY )is completely ignorant of the standard industry practice of offering a two-week review for laser treatments. It is common knowledge that it takes approximately 8 to 14 days for the hair to fall out after the procedure. The owner's complete lack of understanding regarding the very service they are providing ( LASER CLINIC ) is utterly unacceptable and reflects their lack of commitment to their customers' well-being. My sympathies go out to the staff members who are forced to endure such abysmal management and a complete disregard for proper beauty etiquette. It is no wonder that they are constantly leaving. Considering the sheer disappointment and frustration I have experienced, I will be demanding a full refund for my packages. It is outrageous that I was charged for a Two Week Laser retouch that should have been included as part of the standard customer satisfaction package and care provided by any reputable clinic worldwide. This establishment has failed to meet even the most basic expectations of professionalism and customer service." Service: Laser hair removal

This was my first time to try anything new for my skin. I was a bit nervous and shy. The experience I have had so far has been lovely. Tynan booked me and was very reassuring. Susanna is amazing. Susanna was so kind and patient with me. Its my first treatment (micro-needling) and i am due 3 more. I cant wait as the results and the process was exactly what Susanna said. The products are also very good. Susanna kindly wrote down what i needed to do and when, as It is all new to me but I am grasping it all now. Helped me with any concerns I had and resolved them.
