Extremely rude staff! Didn’t clean it properly. Never again! Only went to make an appointment and my baby played with the balloon and that rude behind me told me to control my baby, don't damage the property. He's a 2-year-old boy maybe have some sort of sense but to be able to go mad at something like this, you can imagine what she would do to other customers?

I have to share here my terrible experience at this hair removal and beauty store this afternoon. As a customer with small children, I was not treated with the respect and understanding I deserved at all. First, I was treated extremely poorly by the front desk clerk, something I have never experienced in any service industry. It was very disturbing and troubling to be treated this way when it was not easy enough for me to go out with my children. The waiter's attitude towards me and my children was cold and even arrogant, and not at all in line with their claims of "quality service". A good beauty store should be able to understand and respect all customers, not just a specific group of customers. However, in this store, I felt ignored and treated unfairly. I was deeply disappointed by this experience. I was expecting great service from this store, but now I can only categorize it as one of the worst beauty stores I have ever come across. I hope that other consumers who may be considering patronizing this store will read my review and understand the true attitude of this store's service. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service at this hair removal beauty store. Unless they improve their service attitude, I will never go back and will not recommend it to my friends and family.
