Staff are very rude and have a disgusting attitude. Not all staff treat your body treatments the same. You do not get value for money, they miss large areas of your body. Its a shame because the technology is great just not the people.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience at this clinic for my laser hair removal journey! All staff are super professional and well trained, the clinic is also very clean. I bought a package of 6 full body sessions and had a consultation with Leigh before my first session. In the consultation she was able to answer all the questions I had as well as check each area to ensure it was suitable to be treated by laser. Some areas e.g my shoulders had hair that was too fine to be treated so she was able to explain properly why they wouldn’t be able to be treated which I fully appreciate as a different clinic I had been to in the past didn’t explain that lasering super fine hair could result in more hair growth in that area. This is just one of the many examples of the staff at laser clinics uk having all the knowledge when it comes to laser hair removal! During my actual laser sessions all the staff I had were very good and made sure to laser each area properly! I am really pleased with my results and recently had a treatment review session with the clinic owner Jo who was able to answer any questions I had in regards to my future with hair growth and lasering. All in all a fantastic experience and would especially recommend this clinic to anyone who is a person of colour is hesitant of lasering, the staff here have all the knowledge when it comes to lasering a variety of different skin tones and know how to do so safely! They use the Candela Gentlemax Pro here which is a fantastic machine which not only gives great results but also does so safely! Service: Laser hair removal

Currently having my sessions at this clinic. The staff are friendly and answer any questions I have in sessions. As a black woman, I was apprehensive about getting laser treatment done with the concerns of burns or the treatment not working. However, I've had a really good experience with the laser treatment at the clinic. No issues around burning or hyperpigmentation worsening, as they use the specific machine for darker skin tones and cooling settings for comfortability. The staff work alongside you to suit your needs, and I can definitely say I saw a difference in hair reduction after the first treatment and each session has just got better. Would definitely recommend!!
