    I loved Joshua! He was amazing. He offered us the ability to order jugs for the table as opposed to individual drinks. This was amazing as we were able to try every drink and figure out what we liked. He was there when we wanted individual or group drinks and I loved it.

    margaritas taste like they have absolutely no alcohol. they charge the price of two drinks for one, and then bring you a second drink under the guise of a "sale" (the sale never ends, it is every day at all times) to force you into buying two drinks.

    I wouldn't bother going here again. We stood down stairs for 15 mins along with 4 other groups waiting to be served, looking to enjoy the menu however, the sign said 'we are on the terrace, someone will be with you when we are free'... Nobody came so I went upstairs and there were a lot of couples on the terrace but still had plenty of room and tables free .. I explained I had come up to see where everyone was but the employee whom I assumed was a manager, said we are too busy upstairs to have somebody down stairs to serve us ... He said have you booked? I said no, do we need to... He said well today you needed to because we are so busy.... The down stairs was empty and nobody was behind the bar. I said well if you are too busy we can go elsewhere and he said ok!! We all left. Not very welcoming and to be honest not so busy overall to have been happy to see 11 customers leave. We walked 60 seconds around the corner to the Biltmore and was served immediately.
