We came expecting to spend an hour or so here... ended up spending more time than we anticipated. Staff were friendly but the wait for food was soooo long! We ordered nachos and empanadas as starters and didnt get them until about 40 mins in. We then didnt get mains for another 45 mins after this! What really was annoying is that three other groups came in after us and were getting food before us! One group that came after us had finished and left before we even got our mains. Madness! Two other groups got their starters before we got ours despite arriving about 30 mins after us. These groups were 2 couples and one group of three. We were also just two people. Not sure why this happened, but was quite annoying as this delay has made us late for evening plans. We ordered fajitas, which we think may have been what caused the delay? Others didnt seem to order the fajitas. Fyi they were not worth the wait in terms of taste, they were ok but nothing spectacular and certainly not worth waiting that long for! Chicken is halal and most of it is cooked separately to other meats. Only one the waitress said is cooked with others is the copacabana burger, as all burgers are fried in the same oil.
