I had high hopes for this as I love the food choice at Las Iguanas, but this branch was a let down. The floor was sticky, our cutlery was covered in finger prints and marks, the tables and menus were all sticky also. We ended up being charged for an extra portion of fries we didn't ask for. The toilet was not clean, one cubicle out of order (still!), and no soap in the soap dispensers. Overall very disappointing.

Awful customer service. It took over an hour for a single order to come through, and every main course came before any starters. The waiters were clueless, being totally unaware if a burger was meat or vegetarian. One order on the table took 2 hours to arrive, and all of them were stone cold, with the resturant being totally empty. Don't order the Mexican poppadoms, they are burnt to a crisp and tasteless. Burrito was charred too. The 1 star is for the cocktails, which were fab. TL;DR: Only go if you're getting cocktails. Vegetarian options: They were good, but it was dangerous that the waiters mistook a vegetarian burger for a meat one.
