LJ have some incredible mouldings that I am sad to take off my shelf but I've lost too many customers because of their poor service. I order things showing in plentiful stock on their website and nothing turns up. I call, they promise it next day and nothing turns up. I wait a couple of days, I call, and they say it's not been in stock the whole time. The people who answer the phone are always polite but I suspect the computers in front of them are failing them, and there's not an accurate connection to the warehouse. I am genuinely sorry to say I can't use them any more, but it's too risky for my business. The single star is for the quality of some of their mouldings but I can't go any higher for a company that's impossible to deal with.

Lovely range of mouldings and for me these guys produce the best range of mount boards available. It seems they've been listening to their customers as they now use a more reliable courier and all mouldings appear to be available as single stick rather than pack quantities.
