    Worst ever...Wasted over 40mins of my daughter's school time and my own time in the reception for an appointment that was meant to last for 10mins....Non of the staffs was sayin nothing,no information as to why we had to wait that long..The receptionist was mot helpful at all..Horrible experience EVER

    Very very bad service ! I am in shock - I called and said that my child has been coughing for two weeks and I want to check the lungs. I am given an address for this at Leyton , how is this possible??? wake up people, I live in Chingford and the easiest way to check your lungs is in Leyton ! Of course the kids will die !

    Rude incompetent staff who need more training and need to stop lying to patients and not listening to patients properly because they hang up on you but expect you to listen to them too many excesses from staff making a official complaint and taking this further even if staff lose there jobs useless also can never get a appointment to see the doctor and receptionist think they are qualified to diagnose you so you don’t see a qualified doctor total shambles

    Great GP practice, lovely receptionists who always do what they can to get you an appt, often have to wait a few days for one vit thats better than some places! Nurse is equally lovely as are the doctors, I've always been listened to and when I've needed treatment they have always got the prescriptions down to the pharmacy ASAP.

    Amazing surgery. Friendly, welcoming reception staff that always go out their way to get you an appointment (which is a rarity) and thorough doctors that are genuinely concerned about their patients. I had to move from this surgery for approx 6 months due to change in borough and the service provided by the surgery I moved to in comparison to the service provided here is not comparable. These guys also managed to provide a great service still during the pandemic. Well done Larkshall Medical Centre
