Really good doctors surgery. I’ve worked for a very busy medical practice myself in the past so I know how stressful and busy it can be. Yes, you have to try nearly 200 times before you get through in the morning but everyone else is ringing at the same time. With so many patients on the books and surgery’s being overstretched, i think people have to be a bit more understanding of that before leaving bad reviews. No doctor runs on time, that is just the reality of it now but when you do get seen, they are professional and understanding and I have to say all the receptionists and other staff are very friendly. Well done everyone, keep up the hard work and all you can do is your best. It’s nice sometimes to say well done and show appreciation rather than looking at negative things all the time which are out of their control.

What's the point of a docrltors surgery that closes it's phone lines and messaging service so you can't make an appointment because they are busy? I'm happy to wait for appointment but I'm being stopped from making one.

The service in thie GP is so poor and so lazy ,.. they told us to call for booking i called from morning about 10 times and its BUSY so i had to visit and then called again The phone is still busy i looked at them i said you sitting doing nothing why the phone is busy .. they told me to book online then i tried that nothing was available.. and they made me wait a lot when i have an appointment and when i get late they tell me to rebook ... this is by far the worst GP i came across rude and lazy . Its a shame

This is far the worst GP I came across. There are lazy ladies who always sitting down drinking their coffees and ignore the calls … I had an appointment and came on time and I had to wait about 17 minutes to see the doctor. And today I got late for my appointment for about 12 minutes and they told me to rebook it. Which is taking about 3 weeks. This service is very bad and so rude … to add they force people to wear face mask while 4 of them in same room none of them wear one !
