What a joke of a company and very rubbish customer service been try to resolve a complaint I put in again them since January 2023 and still not full resolved it yet even if it there fault.I done nothing but chase them by phone or email I am fed up chasing them now they have no idea how much stress they are putting me though and my depression

In 2021 in October I received an email from Lantern telling me that I had an outstanding debt of £500+ which I had from a company by the name of Safenet for a loan which someone took out in my name I contacted them and was told to provide evidence of this which I did. In January of the following year I was told that the loan was mine even through no money had been paid into my account which I could provide on my bank statements on the application form it stated that I was in work which was a lie I proved this by sending them information on my work history in the end I had to contact Safenet who them cancelled this claim against me the customer service that I received from Lantern was shocking

Shocking customer service. Received a letter chasing a payment of £148.99 which I had already paid off through Klarna. Sent them proof and got no response. Rang them and they just asked me to email again. Still no response. It’s been going on for months now.

Refused to hear my complaint. Randomly contacted me. Tried to ask what it was regarding but asked for further private information. Their letter clearly states to make a complaint contact by phone or email an provide your account reference number nothing more. But to make a complaint they will refuse unless you provide contact information they haven't provided in the letter. I have contacted the fcsa as their not adhering to their complaint policy clearly written in black an white. Calls recorded. Absolutely shocking service. I will be fighting this till the end. What absolutely awful customer services. You ought to do what you say in your letters you send out. An given your regulated by the fcsa you ought to be adhering to your complaints policy. Zero out of Five
