I started studying and booked an exam here as it was my closest centre to where I live. The staff were very accommodating as the door was locked because it was faulty, the member of staff walked me to another entrance. I was warm and comfy waiting for my name to be called. The manager there is so lovely aswell he was saying he stated work today before 8am and his staff member was there before him so the dedication to their jobs are there. I had an issue with my stationary and they helped me with some which was a saving grace. I will happily say although I may not have passed my exam on this occasion. I did have a super experience in my process of having the exam everyone working there was calm and friendly. Just what ones needs when an exam looms. The toilets were very clean and smelt of beech. Highly recommended. This testing centre is the best I've been to yet. Hope to have all my exams there again.

This place is disgusting. Staff rude and unkind, dust everywhere and truly unholy remains left in the toilets. I do not recommend.
