Great customer service and a very good quality scaffold tower. Telephoned for some advice then ordered a ladder tower. Delivery next day was missing one item (platform boards) and the sales team sorted this without fuss and ensured it was delivered the next day. What more can you ask for? Defo recommended. Loft ladder 2-3 yrs old, light use by my husband who is 12 stone. The ladder split, contacted the company to be told it must have been misused and it is out of guarantee, which is a pifling 12 months, which I can’t find on the website. Husband is an ex engineer would not use them without fully extending fir 2 reasons, his own safety and the functioning of the ladder. It is an insult to suggest that this is how they broke. Buy elsewhere longer guarantee must mean better quality product. Subsequent emails have been ignored. 😡

Purchased the 10ft scaffold stair tower. No more messing about with ladders and wobbly scaffold boards saving me from a broken neck in the process. Excellent value for money and the quality is great considering the realistic price. Should last a lifetime.
