I visited the post office on Wednesday 25/1/22 to renew my driving licence the staff were excellent very friendly and helpful, i was in and out in under 5 minutes. just brilliant a big thank you.

I visited on a Wednesday afternoon when it was quiet, in fact there were no other customers in there. They offer a driving licence renewal service where you give them your renewal letter, go into a photo booth, they take your picture, you sign an electronic pad, give them your old licence and some money and that's it - you get your new licence in the post a couple of weeks later without having to fill in any forms. If I had to offer criticism it would be that there was a woman guarding the single doorway like a bouncer, which seems inappropriate in an age of social distancing. I shouldn't deduct a star though since it was unclear if she even worked there.
