An IT support business that treats you like a human being? Definitely! Lansalot are more interested in ensuring your system works as you need it to, not in forcing you to change to suit a package. Very consciencious about getting security right but they understand that we all work in different ways. I'm IT literate and my own experience is not dismissed but taken into account and developed to improve our system. A business I can really trust.

They have been really excellent - they respond quickly to queries, are very fair on their costs, and carry out the tasks with a real professionalism.
