An absolute joke of a GP. Trying to book an appointment online on patchs and you can only do it after 18:30. Tried myGP app and you can only book cervical screening… I need an appointment to get my psoriasis cream. You keep rejecting my request on the app and want me to book an appointment with you. I just rang you and it takes 1 minute and 23 seconds of your pre recorded nonsense to be told you’re number 3 in a queue… absolutely shocking

Came in for a quick blood pressure check, was sitting and waiting for half an hour then they kicked me out before 6pm without even an apology or explanation... Took time off work just to be messed around like that.

GP I've seen once was fine and receptionist lovely but the bookings system to get an appointment is an absolute farce. Unable to book routine/follow-up appointments. Have to wait hours on a phone Monday to even have a chance. This is even if you're able to be on a phone for hours in work hours. How an online booking option or inquiry isn't available is beyond me

Careless Gp. I've been going here for 3 years and every problem I've had has been brushed off. My son fractured his thumb and we booked an appointment with doctor Joshi. The appointment was so short and we felt like a burden the entire time. This gp told my son it was 'just bruised and swollen and nothing bad at all' eventhough my son was crying the entire time in pain. We asked for precautions and she said 'don't harm it again', as if we never thought of that and prescribed pain killers for a FRACTURED THUMB. This pain was going on for a week and we went to a&E on our own. They did an Xray and we soon discovered this was actually a fractured thumb. My daughter has blepharitis since 2019 and we went to the same doctor (doctor joshi) we've been going there for this problem for years and they always tell me to 'use dry eyedrops' and brush it off. They told my daughter it might be an allergic reaction (in WINTER ) even though she's had it for 4 years She has other personal medical problems to which the GPS have told us it will get better on its own( for years). We recently had an appointment and finally got booked for a blood test and scan but the scan request form had wrong details( name and date of birth was incorrect).
