Gli attestati sono di un ottimo materiale, non di quella cartaccia fragile, e LanguageCert è riconosciuto dal Miur.

I passed the written exam on the second attempt but I didn't pass the oral exam, which means that I had to pay back almost €150 to be able to take it again, including the possibility of trying it again for free if it goes wrong again. I re-passed it and guess what, didn't pass again! Score always 17/50. Redone the 4th time and failed again, score? Always 17/50. I wonder, it's not normal to get the same score (17/50) in 4 completely different oral exams. The tests they give them to practice are useless, they have nothing to do with the exam tests, but oh well, it could also be there. The questions they ask are very difficult and often specific, you never know what they're going to ask you and you can't even prepare the topic beforehand in order to get prepared for the exam. Simply put, you don't even know what to go to study. You have to answer right away. In thirty seconds they ask you to discuss a topic of their choice in three minutes. The ideal thing would be to give a set of topics to study and ask for those on the exam, not so blindly. As for the method of the exam, it is flexible but very stressful. More than half an hour is lost checking the room, they make you remove everything even the pen holder and the paper inside the printer, they make you put in an awkward position just to see the entrance door, what can I say, a nightmare! If you contact them they almost answer you with automatic replies without solving your problem. If you need to view the errors of an exam, you have to make a complaint and pay more than €60. Meno male avevo la possibilità di riprovarli gratis. Lo scritto l’ho superato al secondo tentativo ma l’orale no, il che significa che ho dovuto ripagare quasi 150€ per poterlo risostenere, compresa la possibilità di riprovarlo gratis qualora andasse nuovamente male. L'ho risostenuto ed indovina un po', non superato di nuovo! Punteggio sempre 17/50. Rifatto la 4 volta e di nuovo non superato, punteggio? Sempre 17/50. Mi chiedo, non è normale fare lo stesso punteggio (17/50) in 4 esami orali andati completamente diversi. Le prove che danno loro per esercitarsi non servono a nulla, non hanno nulla a che vedere con quelle d’esame, ma vabbè, ci potrebbe anche stare. Le domande che fanno sono difficilissime e molte volte specifiche, non puoi mai sapere cosa ti andranno a chiedere e nemmeno ti puoi preparare l'argomento prima in modo da arrivare preparato all'esame. In poche parole, non sai nemmeno cosa andare a studiare. Devi rispondere sul momento. In trenta secondi di tempo ti chiedono di argomentare in tre minuti un argomento a loro scelta. La cosa ideale sarebbe dare un insieme di argomenti da studiare e chiedere quelli all'esame, non così alla cieca. Per quanto riguarda la modalità dell’esame, si flessibile ma molto stressante. Si perde più di mezz’ora a controllare la stanza, ti fanno togliere tutto anche il porta penne e i fogli all’interno della stampante, ti fanno mettere in una posizione scomoda pur di vedere la porta di ingresso, che dire, un incubo! Se li contatti ti rispondono quasi con risposte automatiche senza risolverti il problema. Se devi visionare gli errori di un esame devi fare un reclamo e pagare più di 60€. Il tutto così vergognoso. Non lo consiglio e mai più!

  Me and my husband booked exams for tomorrow at Bristol, we didn't get any confirmation so we called them to find out that we were some how redirected through the booking process to their reseller, they said exams in Bristol are cancelled till June and offered Birmingham or Cardiff. We said none of these are convenient but they booked Birmingham at the end of May. I phoned them again to said we would like to cancel and we ask for a full refund which we are entitled to because as a customer you can cancel within 14 days from purchase (their cancellation policy) but lady said we purchased from reseller - college of skills and learning and their policy said once you book it and they confirm you are not entitled to refund! This is against the law, I have reported them to the Police and bank but it looks like we have lost £360. The company does not exist and has a horrible reviews on trustpilot. Absolutely disgraceful. Scam.
