    I've been working with this agency for about 5 years now. All the project managers that I have worked with are very nice, kind, and professional. I translated hundreds of projects (more than half a million words) for them, and I never had any issues with anything. The payments are always made on time. And I never needed to chase them for payment. I truly recommend this company to everyone. It is a real pleasure to work with them.

    If I could give zero stars I would. They pay peanuts for jobs, or cancellations. Well I say pay, if you get paid you are lucky. I am still waiting for my first payment. Refused to take anymore jobs until I get paid. Don't get scared by these people look at their publicly accessible accounts, it's not like they are struggling.

    So after speaking to a few different interpreters I can only say that this company sounds absolutely ridiculous. Paying interpreters £0.14 per minute or cancellation fees of £2 for jobs cancelled after the start time. Honestly if you are an interpreters there are a lot more credible companies that pay fairly. Language empire are also slow to pay (if they ever actually pay) their interpreters even though they have a very sizeable bank balance. STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS.
