I don't know if these negative reviews are from competitive companies to Langrex but I have dealt several tube suppliers in the UK and Langrex is by far the best when talking about customer care and communication. I have cancelled orders had a problem with a noisey tube and returned some tubes after a few weeks of use, and no problems here👍

I buy in October 2 13D5 Brimar nos valve tube ,payed, arrived , one is mute . I ask with mail for change but olso Langrex is mute. I expect a message from Langrex. Olso payed 87 £ for valve and 26 € for spedition.
