I started getting my vehicles serviced and repaired at Langley Autocraft 3 years ago after a recommendation by my sister. Ever since then I have been impressed with high level of service and the quality of work I have received from them. They are friendly, patiant and transparent and always have the time to talk to customers about what's required and why. They recently helped me prepare my car for sale and it went to the first person who called up. Teri on reception is particularly great.

I do not often write reviews yet felt compelled to do so after the guys at Langley Autocraft Ltd attended to various issues with my Jag F-Type. The garage came recommended to me from neighbour and i now know why... the communication was impeccable (particularly, Aaron); the costings appeared fair and the team were not put off or obstructive when i wanted to check certain prices. Please do go and see these guys, as they will change the stereotype many of us have of car garages!

I never normally leave reviews, but decided I had to make a comment here. I have been taking both my cars for MOT and Services to this garage for the last 7 years and I’ve only ever had excellent service. I have absolute trust in their professional advice and I find them to be highly trustworthy (last time I took my car there they refused payment as the fault was due to a part they had fitted in a previous service - despite the fact it had taken them two hours to investigate).
