Local estate agents with very nice people who are a pleasure to deal with. After a couple of valuations from other agents we decided to try Langford Rae and were very satisfied by the experience. There was no nonsense, no crazy high valuation, no trying talk up houses they were selling, no bravado, just an honest appraisal of our home and the market locally. They came up with a solution for viewing which best suited us and minimised inconvenience and we were pleasantly surprised when we sold and found we had exceeded our asking price. Had a complicated and protracted move but they were always helping and looking for solutions. The staff went out of their way to help even coming down with vacuum cleaners and mops to help us clean up and move out on the day when our removals company let us down badly. Can't recommend highly enough.
