Rent only if it’s your absolute last resort, but even then I’d have second thoughts. Never have I met such a dodgy company and as our first move there was so much that was just wrong and borderline unethical. Mould that never got seen to, one of my neighbours’ fridge stopped working despite multiple replacements, the outside letterboxes were being used by the company director’s daughter and Royal Mail could never deliver to the indoor ones as they weren’t given an access code, almost impossible to figure out who your water, gas or electric supplier is and good luck because they don’t know either. The apartment (which had been a conversion from offices) itself had so much potential and at a surface level was really nice looking but once the cracks started to show it was clear that these were never meant to be residential usage.
