Great walk for the kids. 3 different routs with different miles. Great to see the ducks on the pond talk to the fish man. And we even see a stote so we was told it was.

It’s worth a visit in my eyes with young and old because it’s picturesque and close to the cafe , car park and last standing holiday home which is now a museum . Bring the family and the dog !

A good place to visit for a quiet walk. Although the carpark was busy, it was easy to follow uncrowded paths whilst walking around the nature reserve . At the top end of the reserve, there are wonderful views across Essex towards London and the Elizabeth Bridge at Dartford crossing. It's a shame that the plot lands museum was closed as the history of the site is very interesting.

The Langdon Community/Sensory Garden was the highlight of my visit to the nature reserve with my 18 mo today. There’s a beautiful variety of plants and flowers to see and smell, and my daughter loved spotting the little butterflies, bugs and garden gnomes that have been lovingly plotted around the gardens. As you wander around the rather large gardens you’ll witness lots of wildlife and flowers you haven’t seen before. We attempted the Peter Rabbit trail, but the sensory garden is really ideal for under 3’s and if visiting with anyone that has mobility issues. Or if you just love flowers like me. Photos don’t really do it justice but thought I’d post as there aren’t any…
