We have used Lanes in the past to sweep our chimneys however this time we had a pigeon that decided to make its way into our chimney, unfortunately it could not make its way back out. Tim is always so courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. He managed to get the poor little thing out within minutes and set it free. We will only ever use Lanes to service our chimney and now as it turns out they offer a lot of additional services (roofs, fencing etc). So we will be using Lanes for many other much needed projects.
