This firm is highly unethical and very abusive in its methods. They're hired by an American company in a trademark case against me but their methods are more of a bandits and extortionists than lawyers. They sent me a letter where they make false allegations against me calling me a tortfeasor and calling my tm registration activities "unlawful". They harassed people who has no relation to this trademark by calling them on their private phone after business hours trying to reach for me. Basically what they do is intimidate, harass, abuse and make false accusations. I have already notified CITMA/IPREG/Legal Ombundsman/Legal Services Board. We are filing a police report for the phone abuse and going to sue them for false allegations and slander. UPDATE: as I have already been warned, they may have take action against me for defamatory commentaries (how about that, it was them who used slander toward me first but they want to take action against me for defamatory!), so here are the proof: couple of snippets from their initial letter where they call me a tortfeasor, call my activities unlawful even though there was no court decision to label me that. and a screenshot of their incoming harassment call to a completely another person in attempt to find and contact me
