Had a difficult transaction at first with Landwood. However everything turned out to be good in the end. Most definitely 4 stars maybe 5 stars. Definitely one of the better auctioneers out there! Not the most helpful but also they don’t lie so I’d say professionals a fair summary. and they get interesting lots the reserve/docs fees (whatever you want to call them) are not too high. (£2.4k) I’d be happy to buy again off and probably will do… thanks Kate and James. I hope it’s a fair summery of the Bridlington lot I bought at scholars way. Dave
