There has been 3 surveys carried out on my Blackburn Grade 2 listed building . One of which I have in my possession by Christie’s valuers carried out in 2018. That valuation was for £865.000 as a valuation, which was before I had the extension built. I recently had a valuation by this company and it was stated £825.000 as s valuation, with a forced sale value of £550.000 what an absolute load of rubbish. I paid just short of that figure when I purchased it 6 years ago and I spent £500.000 renovating it. Something stinks here
