Highly recommend Landview Surveyors. They are really quick to respond and arranged the survey to take place within a couple of days. They liaised directly with our estate agent which meant I didn't have to do anything. They provided me with a brief overview after the survey had taken place, and then sent through a very detailed report just a few days later. The report is excellent and contains great recommendations, all within certain timeframes too. It had many photos of the specific areas of the property so you could get a direct reference to what was being mentioned. Such great value for money and I couldn't recommend the company more. This is my second time using this company, and both experiences have been 10/10.

Everything about Landview Surveyors was exceptional from start to finish! After receiving a seemingly high quote from a previous surveyor we used, we went to Google for a simple search of a new surveyor in the area of our new home-to-be and were so lucky to have found David at Landview. From the speed of responsiveness, to the thorough dialogue in every reply, both Yvonne and David were always thoughtful throughout. The one thing that really stood out was that in our initial request for a quote, David was one of the only surveyors (we reached out to 5+ companies) who recommended a specific type of survey after learning about our priorities and needs. And guess what? That survey was cheaper than other options, meaning even though he could have made more money off of us, his priority was to provide us the best match and level of survey for us! I've lived in London (originally from the US where customer service sets a high bar) for about 4.5 years now and it's rare to come across people and companies like David & Landview Surveyors. I know that any and all questions - even after our report has been provided to us - will be answered by David in full. Thank you to Yvonne who was so prompt to reply and coordinate schedules and updates, and David who was informative, thorough, kind, and someone working with deep integrity.
