I am really disappointed as I called and the women who answered (after 2 times of calling) said she would call me back (that's what they all say). She never got back to me so I decided that 3 hours of waiting was enough and I decided to call them back. The same lady answered and said their weren't any available slots. Well thanks for telling me. I was waiting for 3 hours, I could've called any other company but the good reviews made me trust this. It's totally okay to say there aren't any slots but it is not okay to keep me waiting for 3 hours and then calling you back (when you said you will call me back). A waste of time. Disappointing.

I booked an appointment for a quote for noon today. I waited until 1:30 before ring them up, they said they were about to get to my house. One hour later, they told me that they had the wrong address, which it's a lie since I can see the correct address in my confirmation email. Originally, they even tried to charge me for the survey.
